The only form of sweet potato I have eaten is steaming it and eating it as a snack. My toddler didn’t even wish to taste this steamed sweet potato and I had to make some innovation to make him eat them. That is when my mother in law suggested this easy Sweet Potato Dosa Recipe.
This sweet potato dosa can be had for breakfast or dinner and it also makes a great tiffin box or lunch box recipe.
Sweet Potatoes are abundant in Vitamin A and Carotene and may prevent constipation in children. Sweet Potatoes are also a storehouse of energy and can contribute a sustained source of energy for extended time period.
