Ingredients:

Method:

1. Mix Kerala banana powder with water without lumps.

2. Cook this mixture over a medium-low heat till completely cooked. Let it cool.

2. Remove the seeds from the dates and chop it into small pieces. Soak them in warm milk for 10-15 minutes. Put this into a blender jar and add honey as required.

3. To the dates-honey mix, add the cooked banana powder and ice cubes, if you like. Blend till smooth.

4. Serve chilled.
