Recipe
1. Flaxseed Meal – 2 Tbsp
2. Water – 4 Tbsp
3. Butter – 1 cup
4. Brown Sugar – 1.5 cup
5. Eggs – 2Â
6. Vanilla Essence – 1 Tsp
7. Wheat Flour – 1 cup
8. Brewers Yeast – 4 Tbsp (Not sure where to buy, you can buy online Here)
9. Baking Soda – 1 Tsp
10. Salt – 1 Tsp
11. Rolled Oats – 3 cups
12. Chocolate chips – 1 cup
13. Seasame seeds – 2 Tsp
Method
1. Preheat Oven to 350 degrees
2. Mix flaxseed meal with water and leave it for 5 minutes.
3. Beat butter, sugar nicely then add eggs. After beating well, add the flax mixture.
4. Mix flour, yeast, baking soda and salt well.
5. Fold in the flour mixture with the butter mixture.
6. Add oats and chocolate chips and mix well. Roll the dough into balls.
7. Place balls of dough onto baking tray, press them flat with a fork or spoon.
8. Sprinkle seasame seeds.
9. Bake for 12 minutes.
